Booking & Appointments

For a Bar or Virtual appointment simply click on the “Book” link and follow the instructions provided, or give us a call and we’ll do it for you.
Payment is collected in full at the time of booking. Your selected experience — whether it includes custom formulations or not — is all-inclusive and secured once paid.
Contact us by phone or email at least 24 hours before your appointment to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Your full payment secures not just the appointment time, but the preparation and custom formulation that begin well before you arrive. Because of this, any cancellation, reschedule, or missed appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice results in full forfeiture of payment. If you provide more than 24 hours’ notice, we’ll gladly reschedule you at no additional charge.

All times are approximate, as product formulating is never a cookie-cutter process. However, if you have a preferred time limit simply tell us when you book or arrive.
Yes. At this time, we can seat up to two guests per session at the bar. Your friend is welcome to accompany you, observe the process, and learn alongside you.
After booking your appointment, you'll receive an email with an intake form. If the form doesn’t appear in your inbox, please check your Spam folder. If you still can’t find it, let us know and we’ll resend it. Please fill out the form as thoroughly as possible, as it will help us optimize your formulations and allow us to make the most of our time together.
On the day of your appointment it’s best to wear the least amount of skincare or makeup possible. I’m going to be examining your skin and I’m going to remove whatever skincare or makeup you’re wearing.

Products & Results

Everyone’s skin responds differently. Many clients feel a change almost immediately, and visible improvements often appear within 2 weeks. More significant, lasting results usually develop over 6–12 weeks as your custom formulas continue to work with your skin.
It depends on how much of the products you’re using and how often, but generally speaking each product provides about two and a half to three months of twice daily use.
Cocktail Essence: Stable for up to one year.
Crystal Serum: Stable for up to two years when properly stored. If essential oils were added, their potency naturally softens after about six months, though the serum remains effective.
Botanical Oil: Best enjoyed within six months of purchase.
Room temperature is generally fine, as long as it stays below 80°F and out of direct light. Always secure the lid tightly on your Crystal Serum to protect it from moisture. Our Botanical Oils are the most delicate — they’re best kept in a cool, dark cabinet, not the refrigerator.
Crystal Serum should never be refrigerated as condensation will cause the powder to activate and clump. Cocktail Essence may be stored under refrigeration and used cold. Botanicals Oils may be stored in a wine cooler if kept above 50 F., any colder and the oil may thicken or become cloudy. These changes are usually temporary and don't affect the quality of the oils. When returned to room temperature, they typically (but not always!) return to their normal liquid state without any loss of properties.
Your formulas are kept on file with us. To reorder, simply email us (preferred), text, or call. We can recreate your existing blends exactly as they are, or update them to reflect any changes in your skin.
